“ Best burger in Springfield. SUPER clean restaurant. Everyone is friendly and courteous, and Chelsea's customer service was EPIC! The prices on par with every other restaurant in town but the quality is far superior. I WILL DEFINITELY BE EATING THERE OFTEN!! ”
“ My husband had never been to Toxic but wanted to try it. He’d heard about the wings. I’d been before and told him they were very good. We went to the new Toxic on Main St in Springfield. We were immediately greeted like we were old friends. They took our order right away. He decided to order the halibut and coleslaw. They brought it to our table and asked if we needed anything. The food was hot and fresh. The halibut was crispy and golden brown on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. The coleslaw was fresh and crispy with lots of pineapple in it. The employees made regular rounds to make sure everyone had everything they needed and that the food was satisfactory. The prices are a little high but totally worth it in my opinion ”
“ Went here for the very first time on 05/01/2025. I had the Spicy Cali, and my wife had the Toxic burger. Both were phenomenal. Honestly these were the best burgers either of us have had in a long time. The meat was cooked perfectly, and even though both burgers had a lot of toppings, nothing felt excessive or extraneous. It all added to a wonderful experience. In addition we had a Little Dipper, and got both the Pineapple Jerk, and Honey Mustard sauces with it. These chicken bites were breaded perfectly, juicy, and made me wish I got the larger offering. The sauces were out of this world. I say this as a person who usually foregoes them. The Pineapple Jerk had a wonderful blend of sweet and savory with just the right amount of pineapple. The Honey Mustard was simply the best tasting Honey Mustard I've had at a restaurant. Inside the restaurant was clean, and the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, and pleasant. Even though I had looked at the menu online the lady at the register was more than willing to give me the information I needed. ”
“ I had never eaten a Toxic Burger. It was pretty good. The sweet potatoes fries were great! The milkshake is not real ice cream so, not great. I can't wait to try the Halibut sandwich. Service was really outstanding. ”
“ This one of those places you’ll eventually have a challenging time deciding what to order given that most of the menu items are top-notch for the price. In particular, the sauces and pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw are fantastic. I also love the burger selection–although I usually order double as the patties are on the thinner side. Overall quality food, clean and welcoming restaurant. ”
“ We eat here probably once or twice a week since they opened in Springfield. The food is always great. They have never messed up an order, even when we are ordering meals for six! The restaurant is always clean and the drive through is efficient. The burgers, fries, chicken are all delicious. The shakes are generously sized and the old fashioned kind that are thick and decadent. My kids have Celiac disease and this is one place they can safely eat with no worries at all! ”
“ We had never tried Toxic Burger until today. All I can say is that everything was excellent. Several different milkshake and burger options. I had the pulled pork sandwiches, which was delicious, and I highly recommend trying it . My wife had a burger that was very good as well. Several sides options with meal combos. Highly recommend . Also, customer service was top-notch. Thank you and we will definitely be back. ”
“ Food was good. Fries were good. They have sweet potato fries. Friendly service. Good quality food. We will be coming back! ”
